Le projet vise \u00e0 autonomiser vingt jeunes gabonaises et gabonais en situation de ch\u00f4mage r\u00e9sidant dans les communes de Moanda (10), Bakoumba (2), Mounana (2) et Franceville (6), titulaires du Brevet d&rsquo;\u00c9tudes du Premier Cycle (BEPC) et d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un permis C et D datant d\u2019au moins 3 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Au terme de quatre ann\u00e9es d\u2019exploitation, le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire appel\u00e9 \u00ab prestataire \u00bb deviendra propri\u00e9taire du taxi et pourra g\u00e9n\u00e9rer environs trois emplois indirects. Un appel \u00e0 candidatures sera lanc\u00e9 dans les jours \u00e0 venir. Une commission de s\u00e9lection, compos\u00e9e de repr\u00e9sentants du PNPE, de professionnels du secteur du transport et des \u00e9quipes Comilog, sera charg\u00e9e de choisir les 20 chauffeurs \/ b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un processus rigoureux (entretien motivationnel, tests de conduite et psychotechnique).<\/p>\n<p>Le projet <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Un Taxi, un Emploi, un Avenir\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> <\/em>s\u2019inscrit \u00e9galement dans une d\u00e9marche de valorisation des m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s au transport. En fournissant \u00e0 ces jeunes un outil de travail, cette initiative vise non seulement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le taux Compagnie Mini\u00e8re de l\u2019Ogoou\u00e9 \u2013 Zone Industrielle de Moanda de ch\u00f4mage, mais aussi \u00e0 garantir un service de transport fiable et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 pour les habitants des quatre communes susmentionn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, en dotant ces jeunes d\u2019un taxi, l\u2019\u00c9tat gabonais \u00e0 travers le PNPE et la Comilog ne se contentent pas de leur offrir un emploi, mais leur donnent aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir des entrepreneurs autonomes tout en contribuant activement au d\u00e9veloppement du tissu \u00e9conomique local.
